The processing related to Chefverso's web services is handled only by technical personnel authorized to process it.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties.
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the addresses indicated on Chefverso.com and/or in the registration form involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message.
By completing and submitting the registration form to Chefverso.com the User authorizes, free of charge and without time limits, the publication and dissemination on Chefverso.com and Chefverso's Social Media Channels of the textual, audio, video, and photographic material provided.
The User assumes responsibility for the usability, authenticity, truthfulness, and correctness of the information contained in the submitted material, indemnifying Chefverso from any liability regarding the material in question.
The User also authorizes the retention of the aforementioned material in Chefverso's computer archives until publication on Chefverso.com, Chefverso's Social Media Channels, excluding any use for profit and transfer to third parties.
After publication on Chefverso.com and Chefverso's Social Media Channels, the content provided by the User will be deleted from Chefverso's archives.
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration or updating, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, there is the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
