As a Chef at a major Hotel chain with more than 30 hotels in Italy, Roberto also dedicates himself to the activity of a Private Chef for events, and he is a Cooking and Pizza Instructor.
His experience allows him to provide Consulting and Support services for already operational venues and/or new Restaurant openings, Pizzerias, small and medium-sized tourist accommodations internationally.
His skills also include customer reception service and restaurant and bar service.
Since 2013, Roberto has been a Judge at the World Pizza Championships.
