INTRODUCTION
Emerging Star.
Chef Alessandro Dofcaci began his journey at the Hotel School of Modena, learning and refining his technique through internships at starred Restaurants and working in 3 to 5-star Hotels.
Of particular note is his experience at the Bistrot of the famous Chef Cannavacciuolo in Turin, an elegant benchmark for quality dining in the capital of Piedmont.
This was followed by his collaboration with the renowned starred restaurant "Parizzi" in Parma, where Alessandro learned the secrets of traditional and reimagined cuisine as a Chef de Partie.
During the summer seasons, his experiences at 5-star hotels on the Romagna Riviera were particularly important and formative.
Currently, Alessandro is in Milan, at the Four Seasons Hotel.
With a wealth of diverse and high-quality experiences, Alessandro is certainly an emerging Chef, one we will undoubtedly hear more about in the near future.
