I am a professional Chef from Turks and Caicos Islands, with over 12 years of experience.

My love and passion for cooking started at a very young age and has been unstoppable ever since.

I further my training experience at a 5 star resort in one of the most popular luxurious Caribbean destination (Turks and Caicos).

I also had the opportunity to run a local restaurant exploring different cultural dishes and cuisine and also further this experience in another branch in London.
