INTRODUCTION

My career began as a Kitchen Assistant in a restaurant and progressed as a Chef in other well-known Italian restaurants in my area.  

Thanks to these experiences, I had the opportunity to explore a wide range of dishes, from Regional Italian Cuisine to Haute Cuisine. 

I attended courses that helped me refine my skills in the preparation and creative presentation of refined dishes, focusing on using simple, high-quality ingredients.  

My meticulous attention to detail and focus on the Client allow me to meet even the most unique requests.  

I am a team player and can quickly prepare elaborate dishes, even for a large number of people.
