INTRODUCTION

I have nurtured a passion for becoming a CHEF since I was a child, also following the example of my father, who is a Chef and Pastry Chef.  

I started working at the age of 14 in a Gelateria, until I was 27.  

During that time, I had opportunities to work in the kitchen at the restaurant where my father worked.  

After leaving the Gelateria, I dedicated myself full-time to Cooking and took refresher and in-depth courses with Michelin-starred Chefs.  

Today, after various experiences, I manage a Restaurant, Gelateria and Pastry Shop with my wife and my brothers-in-law.
