INTRODUCTION

I have been a Professional Chef since 2008. I obtained my diploma from a Culinary School.

I started working in school cafeterias, and later improved my skills through Catering and Restaurant experiences. Currently, I work in corporate kitchens, which allows me to manage my time for additional jobs.

I enjoy simple cuisine but with a personal touch, both in presentation and flavors.

We are Simone & Valentina, and we specialize in home dinners, sharing a love for good food and hospitality.

Our cuisine is simple and genuine, with a special focus on Risottos, our specialty. Our main activity involves organizing home dinners and private events.

When we arrive at our guests' homes, we bring not only fresh ingredients but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We like to take the necessary time to set the table and finish the preparations, ensuring that each dish is prepared with care and dedication.

At the end of the evening, we make sure to leave the kitchen as we found it, because our priority is to create pleasant memories through food and hospitality.
