In 2009, he opened Gelateria Ribera in Brescia, his hometown, now recognized as one of the best Gelato shops in the city.

Today, Alberto is an instructor for the Advanced Training Course for Gelato Makers at CAST Alimenti, a Gelato Master at Carpigiani University, as well as a Professional Consultant for activities and projects related to Gelato.

As an Instructor, Alberto imparts his knowledge to those approaching the world of Gelato for the first time.

As a Professional Consultant, he can provide high-level support internationally, assisting entrepreneurs who wish to enter the sector.
