INTRODUCTION
I have gained training and experience in Pastry, with in-depth education in Gelato Making, while also developing a communication method through guided sensory experiences. This approach enhances product perception and helps customers make informed choices—even through playful learning—making education both enjoyable and conscious by utilizing a tool we all possess: the five senses.
My degree in Food Science and Technology has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of food and ingredients.
My specialization in Sensory Analysis and certification as a qualified Sensory Judge have made me realize not only how rarely the five senses are actively used in everyday life but also how they can be harnessed to raise awareness, explore new pairings, reduce food waste, and choose high-quality products.
I am open to sharing my expertise for communication projects and available for collaborations with companies seeking my qualifications. I am open to remote, contract, freelance, or seasonal work, both in Italy and abroad.
