INTRODUCTION

Teresa Radesca, born in 1992.  

Right after graduating from high school, she decided to move from her small town in the province of Salerno to Terni, where she attended the Chef Academy.  

After completing her studies, she began working in Forte dei Marmi at the prestigious 5-star luxury Augustus Hotel.  

After five seasons, she moved to Monza, where she worked at the historic Hotel de la Ville, frequented by F1 drivers.  

In 2022, she relocated to Switzerland, where she currently works, dividing her time between hotels in the Grisons Canton during winter (Valbella Resort) and the Ticino Canton in summer (Castello del Sole).
