Ina earned her Gelato Master title at the Castalimenti Academy, attending the Advanced Training Course for Gelato Makers. Creative, professional, determined, and with a natural culinary flair, Ina has been dedicated to her great passions, Gelato and Pastry, for over 30 years.

Ina's mission is to create natural and delicious Gelato, using and enhancing genuine ingredients, always fresh and seasonal from her Sicily.

The Granita from Messina is one of the flagship products of Gelateria RORÒ. This year, Ina has accepted another challenge: she has created 6 new and iconic flavors of Granita, much to the delight of all those who follow her work and appreciate the goodness of her creations.
