INTRODUCTION
I have nurtured a passion for Cooking since I was a child, also following the example of my father, who is a Chef and Pastry Chef.
My strong motivation towards this profession led me to immediately start gaining practical experience and working in the family restaurant, Gusto Divino.
During the year I worked there, I was able to learn a great deal, and in many instances, I actually took on the role of Head Chef, despite my young age.
After the first year, following the advice of my parents, who encouraged me to challenge myself elsewhere, I decided to gain new experiences and test myself in other kitchens and restaurants.
I am motivated to grow and improve every day.
I am looking for a position as a Chef or Assistant Chef in high-level or Michelin-starred restaurants.
I want to put myself to the test, applying my skills and learning new ones each day.
I am hardworking, clean, and organized.
I like to think that I can contribute to the success of a Restaurant's kitchen by creating and preparing dishes.
