INTRODUCTION

I am 22 years old and have been working in this field since I was 14.

For me, it’s pure passion.

I’m from Naples, and I currently work in Madrid, Spain.

I achieved second place in the World Category of the Pizza Doc Championship, first place in the Pizza a Ruota di Carro Category, and was awarded Best Pizza Chef Doc of Italy. Additionally, I earned second place in the Neapolitan Pizza Category in Spain’s “Pizzas Gourmet” Championship.
