Chef Designer. National Advisor for APCI (ASSOCIAZIONE PROFESSIONALE CUOCHI ITALIANI) and Director of APCI Lazio.  

Creator and promoter of the brands Cook Design ITALY and SUSCItaliano, she promotes the concept of Food Design as a form of planning, art, and communication within the culinary field, aiming for it to be more than just "eating" but rather a taste, visual, and cultural experience. This theory stems from her own artistic education: a degree in Art History with a research thesis and specialization in drawing, engraving, and graphics, alongside extensive experience in communication, gastronomy, and an unbounded passion for the food sector.  

Her experiences, along with the technological and media developments within the field, and the resulting new communication needs for Chefs and Operators, have paved the way for dual consulting roles as an Executive Chef and in event planning, training, sector communication, and marketing.
